The main Windows problem when working with an additional monitor will be fixed in the next update

Windows has long (if not always) a problem with the use of additional monitors: if you arrange application windows on different displays, and then reconnect the monitors or wake the computer from sleep mode, the windows of all programs on the main display are grouped one on top of the other. It seems that Microsoft has finally listened to the feedback: in the settings of the Windows 11 image leaked to the Network, they found a switch responsible for saving application windows in the same places when reconnecting monitors.

In addition, Windows 11 also discovered a new function for snapping windows according to different layouts. In Windows 10, users can drag application windows to the edges of the screen and thus divide the workspace in half, but in Windows 11 this feature is much wider: 6 layouts with options for 2, 3 and 4 windows are available to users.
