During a live broadcast, Carl Pei said that the first Nothing smartphone, which will receive the concise name Phone 1, will debut this summer. It will be a model based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform, running the Android mobile operating system. The design of the novelty deserves special attention. And although the company has not yet fully disclosed the appearance of its first smartphone, it has already covered some details of the case. Judging by the published teaser, there will be indicator lights on the back of the smartphone. And earlier, insiders said that some elements of the Phone 1 case will be transparent, just like Ear 1, the brand’s first wireless headphones released last year.

The task of Nothing is to become a worthy competitor to Apple with its proprietary ecosystem.
