The following announcement was issued by the Press Office of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs:
64.3 million euros will be paid to 85,284 beneficiaries during the week of May 16-20 within the planned payments of e-EFKA and OAED.
Particularly:
1. The following payments will be made from e-EFKA next week:
– EUR 17.5 million to 750 beneficiaries following the issuance of one-off decisions.
– € 10.6 million to 35,534 beneficiaries for cash benefits (maternity, pregnancy, sickness, accident, funeral expenses)
2. The following payments will be made by OAED:
– EUR 13 million to 33,000 beneficiaries for the payment of unemployment benefits and other benefits
– € 22 million to 14,000 beneficiaries under subsidized employment schemes
– 700,000 euros to 1,000 mothers for a subsidized maternity leave.
– 500,000 euros to 1,000 beneficiaries for Public Benefit Programs
