The Minister of Health of Georgia, the Ekaterine Tikaraje, was diagnosed yesterday Tuesday that he has been infected by the young man coronavirus.

The Ministry of Health announced yesterday that 1,233 cases of SARS-CoV-2 were diagnosed, bringing the total to 345,196.

The former Soviet republic has so far recorded almost 4,800 deaths due to SARS-CoV-2.
