The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Digital Science of Russia) has launched a new online service to solve problems on the “State Services”, with communications, content on the Internet, personal data, as well as for proposals and the like.
The feedback platform operates on the official website of the ministry. The contact widget is located at the top of the main page.
Through this widget it is proposed to report “any problems”: with roads, landscaping, medicine, education. After the application has been left, you can track the statuses and evaluate the result. The appeal must be processed within 30 days or less.
There is also a mobile application “Gosuslugi. We solve together ”for Android and iOS. It is available for free download on Google Play and the App Store.
