Representatives of the department believe that organizations must keep records of transactions related to the circulation and use of digital rubles, according to the general rules for accounting for funds and settlements, “established by federal accounting standards and accounting regulations.”
Transactions with the digital ruble are reflected on the balance of the additional synthetic account based on the information provided to the organization by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation through a participant in the digital ruble platform. At the same time, transactions with digital rubles are reflected in the accounting forms of any organization in the general manner.
Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Alexey Zabotkin said that the regulator intends to consider the issue of virtual “coloring” of digital rubles to track transactions.
