An Oregon man lived on a razor's edge recently, though he didn't mean to. Last week, just moments after Shane Reimche walked into a store, a 4-foot concrete saw blade broke from a nearby construction site and rolled across the store's parking lot, before impaling itself on the outside wall, inches from the door he had just opened. the man had closed behind him. “Obviously it wasn't my time, but it was probably the closest I've ever been,” Reimche said. The scene, which looks like something straight out of a horror movie, was captured by the store's security camera and has since gone viral. The shop owner said the entire building was shaken by the impact of the blade on the wall. The manufacturer claimed that a loose bolt was the cause of the blade detaching.
