Police recorded the moments of the arrest of a pedophile in the room of a motel in Adelaide Australiawhile the man was waiting for an 8 year old girl in order to rape. Jonathon David Henke, 46, had even posted an ad online, “looking for a mother with a very young daughter”.
Henke thought he had arranged to meet the mother and her daughter at the motel and was sitting on the bed waiting for their arrival one afternoon in late 2020.
But it was the police who entered the room, as seen in the video released this week by the court.
The police handcuffed him pedophileand found several $ 50 bills at an office in the room, which he was to use as payment to have sex with the child.
The police read his rights and then ask him if he understands. They also inform him that the camera is recording. “Everything you say is recorded,” they tell him.
The pedophile tried to lie to the police, claiming that he was actually just trying to help them in their work.
Henke was sentenced to five years and eight months in prison, with a three-year, six-month suspended sentence. He was arrested on October 23, 2020.
