How to treat inflatables

Fundamentally, after choosing the puffy we review the basic rules for keep them at best for as long as possible (or at least for the whole summer):

• inflate: it is better to open the valves delicately without pulling them with too much force or excessive inclination with respect to the surface of the inflatable. Otherwise you risk tearing the seals and ending the game before starting it;
• support: once inflated, mattresses, dinghies etc. must never be placed on rough surfaces such as the floor around the swimming pool or the sand of the sea. Best to lay them on a towel or hang them up to make sure you avoid holes in the base;
• only in water: for the same reason, unless there are different indications from the manufacturer, inflatables should only be used in water. The pressure exerted on the surface outside the water could instead cause damage;
• rinse: salt and pool chemicals can damage inflatables. Better to rinse well and dry carefully between uses;
• away from the sun: it's true it's summer, but sun and heat are not friends of our inflatables. If we have the possibility, between one use and another, place them in the shade.
