AdDuplex has published the results of a recent study of the prevalence of different versions of the Windows 10 operating system.

As of the end of March, Windows 10’s most recent major update (October update labeled 20H2) had gained 29.9% share, a solid increase from 20% in February. As a result, Windows 10 20H2 burst into second place, overtaking Windows 10 1909 Fall 2019 Update, which now holds an 18.4% share.

The first place is still steadily held by the May update of last year Windows 10 2004 with a share of 42.1%, slightly increasing the share from 41.8% in February.
In fourth, fifth and sixth place are the versions 1903 with 4.6%, 1803 with 1.4% and 1809 with 1.2%. They are all no longer supported by Microsoft. Soon, Windows 10 1909 will also be categorized as unsupported. Microsoft has already started warning users about this.
