The Municipality of Barcelona interrupts the friendship agreement with Tel Aviv

The Municipality of Barcelona today voted for the interruption of its institutional relations with the Israeli government and the Catalan capital’s friendship agreement with the city of Tel Aviv, “until respect for international law and fundamental rights”. This decision was approved by the Municipal Council with the support of the ruling Socialist Party and Radical Left and pro -Consancor parties.
