The murder of a 13-year-old cheerleader is shocking: a 14-year-old is accused of stabbing her 114 times

Its details of a crime committed by a 13-year-old girl shock. The teenager accused of killing cheerleader Tristyn Bailey is said to have stabbed her more than 100 times and will be brought to justice as an adult.

14-year-old Aiden Fucci is accused of the premeditated murder of the girl, as it became known in a press conference by her prosecutor Florida RJ Larizza. The same revealed horrific details of the crime, such as that Bailey was stabbed 114 times and that 49 defensive wounds were found on her hands, arms and head.

In fact, the tip of the knife used to brutally kill her broke in the child’s skull. “To say it was horrible is not enough,” Larizza told reporters about the girl’s death on May 9.

Her weapon murder was found in a pond, near where Bailey’s lifeless body was found, in a wooded area on May 10.

Her DNA was found on the blade, as well as on the shoes and T-shirt found in the boy’s bedroom. His DNA is said to have been found in the girl’s body.

The teenager, who went to the same school as Bailey, allegedly told several people that he intended to kill someone by dragging him into the woods and stabbing him, according to the NY POST.

However, these creepy statements never reached the police, according to the prosecutor. “It is clear that he was thinking of a homicide. “It was just a matter of time.”

“It is worrying that such statements were not taken seriously by those who heard them,” Larizza said.

He added that “although he is not satisfied with prosecuting a 14-year-old boy” as an adult, it was “the only choice we could make” under the law and the facts of the case. The prosecutor’s office has filed a motion to transfer Fucci to an adult detention center.
