Insiders, again, turned out to be right – Apple today, September 7, officially introduced its new AirPods Pro wireless headphones to the world. Outwardly they are no different from the previous version, but inside the latest H2 chip is installed, which boasts a high-speed connection to deliver exceptionally high sound quality. Also, the headphones have acquired new emitters that provide higher detail and clarity at high and low frequencies. But the biggest change has been in active noise cancellation.

The developers from Apple managed to implement the function of double active noise reduction – this was made possible thanks to the H2 chip, which allows you to expand the computing processes associated with the sound stage around the user. Improvements have also been made to the Transparency mode, plus the user can now use the iPhone’s camera to create a personalized spatial profile for audio. And complete with headphones now come with various ear cushions that allow you to choose the optimal fit in the user’s auricle. Autonomy has also been improved – the new generation of AirPods Pro lasts 6 hours when listening to music on a single charge, which is 33% longer than the previous generation of these headphones.

The charging case provides an additional 24 hours of autonomy, but, unfortunately, it still charges via Lightning. But now you can use charging from Apple Watch, MagSafe or any other Qi charger.
The new Apple AirPods Pro will cost a potential buyer $249, starting on September 23rd.
