The new e-Service of EFKA: ‘Find out where you belong’

A new online service is added to e-EFKA. The reason for the service “know where you belong”.

This is him electronic tracking of the Local Management to which each insured belongs.

Thus, according to e-EFKA, it puts an end to a long-term suffering for millions of insured, who were looking for by phone the with their personal presence in a branch of the insurance company.

More specifically, with the new application, every insured person can find out electronically, validly and easily to the competent Local Management to which it belongs and to which it must be addressed based on the Postal Code or Address.

In this way, thousands of visits to wrong services are eliminated due to lack of information of the citizens but also of the employees themselves who referred the citizens to wrong service points.
