A folding house, which opens and closes like a suitcase. It’s the latest in tiny house (prefabricated houses on wheels or fixed), the Latvian company invented it Brette Hous: it is a prefab which – closed – has the size of a container, can go from one side to the other on a truck, two people and three hours of work to assemble it. All you need is a flat surface, no matter where (see photos in the gallery above).
You can choose from many models designed for residential or commercial use (for example as a showroom or for events), of different sizes from 18 to 108 square meters and with affordable costs starting from 18 thousand euros (assembly excluded).
Inside there is everything: a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a bedroom and essential furnishings (for example the sanitary fixtures in the bathroom and the sink with worktop in the kitchen). The interior style is linear, typically Scandinavian, and there are all comforts, such as solar battery kits or a water pump station. If desired, the company also supplies Ikea furniture sets.
The advantage is also environmental: these houses are made all in wood and with recyclable materials, designed in such a way that they can be rebuilt an infinite number of times and are zero impact.
