Today there will be a new press conference Apple Unleashed, which, according to numerous sources, will be devoted to the new notebooks of the MacBook family. The next generation MacBook Pro is expected to feature the new Apple M1X SoC.

The editor of the authoritative resource Bloomberg Mark Gurman (Mark Gurman) said that the new single-chip systems will be called the Apple M1X Pro and Apple M1X Max. He received this information from a member of the MacBook development team.

The Apple M1 Pro will have a 16-core GPU, while the Apple M1 Max will have a 32-core GPU. There is also information claiming that a direct successor to the Apple M1 called the Apple M2 could arrive in early 2022 when the company announces the next generation Apple MacBook Air.
