The new National General Collective Bargaining Agreement was signed today by the social partners (GSEE, SEV, GSEVEE, ESEE, SETE, SVE), with an extension of the current contract until 30/6/2023.
Among the conditions that will continue to apply is the commitment of the parties that if during the validity of the new EGSSE is lifted in any way, any restrictive provision that has been imposed by legislative intervention on the universality of the salary terms of the National General BCCs, then start negotiations immediately to determine the salary terms of the EGSSE.
The new Convention also maintains in force top achievements of employees such as three-year benefits, marriage, Christmas and Easter gifts, annual leave as well as all permits related to the reconciliation of family and professional life.
In addition, the social partners agreed to set up a working group, which will, among other things, deliver a conclusion on the establishment of the autonomous Legal Entity provided by the law on vocational training.
