DxOMark laboratory specialists have published a report on testing the main camera of the new smartphone Redmi Note 10 Pro, which is equipped with a 108-megapixel image sensor.
The camera of the Redmi Note 10 Pro was rated at 106 points, including 111 points for photo quality and 95 points for video recording. The zoom capabilities were rated at only 52 points. In the overall assessment, the smartphone caught up with the Apple iPhone XS Max, and also outperformed the iPhone SE (103), Asus ZenFone 6 (104), Samsung Galaxy Z Flip (105) and many other models.
Redmi Note 10 Pro is ranked 72nd in the global ranking of the best DxOMark camera phones. However, in the price range from $ 200 to $ 399, the device takes an honorable third place.
DxOMark praises the detailing of outdoor close-up portraits, accurate video exposure, accurate depth and blur gradient estimation in portraits, and video noise control.
Disadvantages include ghosting in motion pictures, limited dynamic range in movies, low detail when zoomed in, and green tint in outdoor photographs.
DxOMark says that the main 108MP camera allows you to take good pictures in sufficient lighting. In terms of video, the Redmi Note 10 Pro even outperforms the Exynos versions of the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Plus.
