But the development of “VKontakte” differs from the existing solutions in that the neural network contains elements of temporal consistency, which make it possible to use information about neighboring fragments when improving frames – the image is clearer and without artifacts. In NeuroHD, the emphasis is on eliminating compression artifacts, since a simple increase in resolution does not allow you to get a high-quality picture.
At the moment, high-resolution videos are already available in some communities and public pages of the social network.
