«The first arena on a tour is very important for us. Many of you two years ago must have been there and today they are still here, very faithful “. Riccardo Zanotti, the singer of Nuclear Tactical Penguinsat the beginning of the concert at Mediolanum Forum of Assago.
The Nuclear Tactical Penguins should in fact have gone on that stage already in 2020, but the pandemic has stopped everything, except the desire for this moment to arrive as soon as possible. After 2 years of waiting they are back live with a crazy charge, and they do it not with one, but with a double tour: a tour in the palaces (all sold out) and a summer tour to be held in the most important festivals and arenas in Italy.
We went to the first of the three Milanese dates and we would like to say one thing: how much we missed them! They knew how to dominate the stage from start to finish, from Laugh to Pastel Whitepassing through The Neverending Story made in the acoustic version, and they managed to make us really excited and make us understand that if you really want it, with sacrifice and dedication you can achieve everything in life. Just like them, who had been dreaming of getting on that stage for a lifetime, and they succeeded.
The Forum was populated by more than 10 thousand peoplepeople of all ages who knew every single word of every single song by heart, and you could very well see the emotion in everyone’s eyes in being able to live this type of experience again.
Nuclear Tactical Penguins are unstoppable, the concert lasted 2 hours, with a lineup of 22 songs: Laugh, Nonono, Antarctica, Young Wannabe, Bergamo, Write them stupid, Ringo Starr, Stationery, Freddie, Boxes (in acoustic version), The Neverending Story (in acoustic version), Bagatelle (in acoustic version), Vegetables, Skiing, The banality of the sea, Sashimi, Scooby Doo, Irene, Lake Washington Boulevard, and finally: Tetris and White Pastel. D during the show they decided not to leave anything or anyone behind, creating a medley with all their pieces to please longtime fans who wanted to hear the very first songs live.
In short, with a summer tour scheduled we just have to do one thing: return as soon as possible to one of their concerts.
