The number of chargers in the network of Tesla Supercharger stations reaches 25,000

When Tesla began selling Model S electric vehicles in 2012, there were practically no fast charging stations for electric vehicles and the manufacturer decided to create its own network. Difficulties with the development of a new direction associated with the need for coordination with owners, contractors and electricity suppliers held back development at the initial stage, but the network is growing steadily. The process has accelerated with the release of the new version of Supercharger V3 chargers. By the end of last year, Tesla’s network had about 20,000 chargers at 2,100 stations around the world. Now there are 25,000 of them at 2,700 stations.
