The Civil Defense of the state of Rio Grande do Sul confirmed the deaths of 31 people due to the heavy rains that have hit several cities in Rio Grande do Sul since the beginning of the week. In addition to the deaths, 74 people are missing and 56 injured.
According to the bulletin released this Friday, at 9 am, there are more than 350 thousand people affected in 235 municipalities in the state.
