The Palestinian Authority today called on Washington to “recall its decision” after refusing to grant a visa to the Palestinian delegation to go to the UN General Assembly, during which France is expected to support the recognition of a Palestinian state. “The Palestinian Presidency expressed its deep regret and surprise to (it) the decision (which) contradicts international law,” a statement reproduced by the official Palestinian news agency WAFA, recalling that Palestine is a member of the Palestinian. “The presidency asked the US government to revoke its decision not to grant a visa to the Palestinian delegation (which is going to) to go to New York to attend the meetings of the General Assembly,” scheduled in September, added to the text.
