It has always been the most chic, one step away from the Duomo, practically in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. It is the place where we have always made an appointment, for work, or for an aperitif. Now, after two years of restructuring, the Park Hyatt Milano, the most popular 5-star luxury hotel in the city. Fully rethought, in the structure so that it is sustainable, with works of art and precious materials, with attention to every detail, up to the fragrance dedicated and tailor-made by the Florentine perfume creator Lorenzo Villoresi.
The new rooms
In all 106 rooms, spread over all six floors of the building, designed to be elegant and welcoming at the same time. Walls in warm and light colors, oak parquet and original travertine marble in the bathrooms, characterized by a new washbasin cabinet in Breccia Medicea marble.
Elements of contemporary design are combined with classic and modern objects, creating a perfect synthesis between innovation and tradition, while the furniture was made to measure in Italy by the Venetian company Uno Contract. Most of these furnishings are FSC® certified, a brand that ensures the origin of raw materials from responsibly managed forests. Always recognized as a Park Hyatt Milano uniqueness, the 25 suites are nearing completion and will be revealed shortly. The most prestigious, the four Terrace Suite, the Presidential Suite and the Duomo Suiteare distinguished by the exclusive and suggestive panoramic terraces overlooking the city skyline.
Common areas
Particular attention was also paid to the common areas, starting from the large and spectacular dome, under which you can order coffee and dishes from morning to evening. The My Bar Lab it has always been the reference cocktail bar, with an outdoor area overlooking the gallery. But the most awaited opening is that of the restaurant Film 3 Milan: redesigned in a contemporary key by the architect Flaviano Capriottiis entrusted to the guidance of Chef Guido Paternollo, who after a past by starred chef Enrico Bartolini and then in France by sacred monsters such as Alain Ducasse and Yannick Alleno, today carries on a cooking philosophy as a sincere expression of the raw material.
