The Patriarchate is addressed to a priest of Kazakhstan for the purpose of establishing an independent Orthodox Church.

Orthodox priest of Kazakhstan, who has repeatedly expressed his opposition to the War in Ukraine, will address the Patriarchate of Constantinople with the aim of establishing an independent Moscow Orthodox Church in the Central Education. “The signatures collection ends on Sunday and I intend to send this letter to Patriarch Bartholomew next week,” said the priest who bears the popular name Vladimir Vondsov.
