The first installment for ENFIA will be paid by the end of May 2022, according to an amendment of the Ministry of Finance submitted to Parliament.
In addition, the amendment stipulates that the last of the ten (10) installments in total, must be paid by the end of February 2023.

“It is paid in up to ten (10) equal monthly installments, each of which can not be less than ten (10) euros, and of which the first installment is paid until the last working day of the month of issuance of the tax assessment act, provided the tax assessment act is issued until the 15th of this month, otherwise until the last working day of the following month from the issuance of the tax assessment act, and the next installments until the last working day of each following month and the last installment is paid until the last working day day of February of the following year “.
The posting of ENFIA statements for 7.3 million property owners will take place tomorrow, according to what the Minister of Finance has stated.
