The PlayStation Vita emulator appeared for the first time on Android. System requirements are adequate

Android users now have access to Vita3K PS Vita, an emulator for the PlayStation Vita, Sony’s latest handheld console. The emulator is not published on Google Play (apparently due to copyright infringement), but is available through GitHub. This is reported by the publication Android Authority.

Speaking about system requirements, the developers noted that in the worst case they tested the emulator on a device with a Unisoc Tiger T618 processor, Mali-G52 MP2 graphics and 3 GB of RAM – the frame rate was stable. Nevertheless, due to the novelty of the emulator, many games may fail or not run at all – however, the official website has a large list indicating the compatibility of games. The minimum required Android version is 7.0

Setting up the Vita3K PS Vita is quite simple, the application provides links to download the PlayStation Vita firmware and other necessary files. But there is a limitation – the emulator does not support the VPK format, now only ZIP and PKG are suitable.
