Auctions take a month-long break as the electronic hammer goes silent throughout August with the process returning to normal in the first month of September.

This, however, does not mean that the posts for the planning of new auctions on the platform stop, with the list of properties constantly expanding to include from industrial properties and hotels to plots of land in every region of the country.

The arbitrary constructions

According to the external autopsy, which was carried out last January, the building was found to be in a relatively good external state of repair, however it is doubtful whether it is currently in use, which is reinforced by the fact that it is covered in graffiti over a large section on its rear view towards Maria Kallas Street, but also from an earlier report of 2016, in which it was clearly stated that the specific facilities are not being used.

In addition, in the earlier appraisal report it was pointed out that this is a building of good quality in reinforced concrete in terms of its construction with the use of exhibition and office spaces. However, it had been established that some arbitrary extensions of an approximate surface area of 150 sq.m. in the basement and 350 sq.m. on the mezzanine floor.
