From Monday 27 June 2022 until Wednesday 29 June 2022 the PS will be available. INSTRUMENTS for the companies of theaters, music stages, dance theaters, concert halls and performance venues, as well as cinemas and film distributors, which have already submitted applications for inclusion in the financial support of the companies of Culture for the year 2021 [σύμφωνα με την αριθμ. 107422/24-12-2021 κοινή υπουργική απόφαση “Ενίσχυση επιχειρήσεων θεάτρων, μουσικών σκηνών, χοροθεάτρων, συναυλιακών χώρων, χώρων παραστάσεων και επιχειρήσεων κινηματογράφων και διανομέων κινηματογραφικών ταινιών, στο πλαίσιο αντιμετώπισης των συνεπειών του CΟVID– 19, για το έτος 2021” (Β΄6231), όπως τροποποιήθηκε με την αριθμ. 21534/4-3-2022 (Β΄1013) όμοιά της] and which have been rejected, in order, if they so wish, to make a proper repetition of their application / responsible declaration, taking into account the reasons for the rejection of their original declaration.
It is also possible to correctly repeat applications that are in the “Submitted” status, as announced by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
In the correct repetition of the application / responsible statement, all the necessary supporting documents are attached again. It is noted that the companies that apply to receive the financial support under the Temporary Framework, submit an updated single certificate of judicial solvency (issued from 1/5/2022 onwards) by selecting “Submission of Accompanying Documents of Culture”.
In case the reason for rejection is the non-submission of an additional application / responsible declaration (regarding the affiliation framework), the companies can submit the special form “Application / declaration of inclusion of the company in the Temporary Framework or in Reg. (EU) 1407/2013 (De minimis) “within the aforementioned period, in order to examine their eligibility for financial assistance. In addition, the above companies can proceed to the correct repetition of their applications, according to the above, in case they wish to correct any of their data.
In any case, the present second and last opportunity for correct repetitions is given only and exclusively to those who have already submitted applications for inclusion in the financial aid, while any new applications are excluded.
