After a string of leaks, the Asus graphics card with Noctua cooler is finally unveiled. The adapter is called Asus GeForce RTX 3070 Noctua Edition.

It is the first graphics card in the world to use Noctua fans and a unique heatsink co-developed with Noctua. Asus claims it is the quietest card in its class. This was probably partly achieved thanks to the huge 120mm fans.

Asus says it has been able to reduce the noise level relative to a standard value by 15 dBA at average fan speeds and by 9 dBA at maximum. The company promises that with good ventilation in the case and an ambient temperature of no higher than 24 degrees, the 3D card will maintain low fan speeds even under load. Of course, at low GPU temperatures, like most modern video cards, the cooler is completely disabled.

Two versions of the card are available: GeForce RTX 3070 Noctua Edition and GeForce RTX 3070 Noctua Edition OC. The GPU frequency of the first reaches 1755 MHz, the second – 1845 MHz. The memory is not overclocked in both cases.
The dimensions of the adapter are 310 x 147 x 87.5 mm. That is, the card is both very long and very thick. There are two eight-pin connectors for power supply. The video card will be available from the middle of this month.
