Thanks to the Rosstandart database, all the main characteristics of the upcoming Russian SUV Aurus Komendant have become known.
The car received a vehicle type approval (OTTS) from Rosstandart. According to published documentation, the all-wheel drive SUV has dimensions of 5380 x 2004 x 1820 mm, wheelbase – 3100 mm, front and rear wheel track – 1700 mm, curb weight – 3235 kg, technically permissible maximum weight – 3495 kg.
Aurus Komendant will be presented with a four-seater two-row layout, for the second row there are individual luxury seats. The station wagon body is all-metal, load-bearing, immediately prepared for mounting armor.
Under the hood of the Aurus Komendant is a 4.4-liter V8 biturbo engine developed by NAMI, with a capacity of 598 hp. with a torque of 880 Nm, which is complemented by a 28 kW (38 hp) electric motor, a lithium-ion battery and a KATE 9-speed automatic transmission.
As expected, Aurus Komendant should officially debut in the spring, and go on sale in the fall.
