As for smartphones, their cost in Russia has grown by an average of 34%. These are mainly models of initial and intermediate levels. According to Svyaznoy, Apple products became the main driver of price growth, as well as components, for example, processors, which account for a fifth of the cost of finished devices. Other electronics, both budget and expensive models of gadgets, also rose in price.
If earlier the prices for old iPhone models decreased with the release of new Apple smartphones, now they are growing.
