Jacob Rothschild Investment Trust RIT is holding a funding round for Aspen Digital. The company is creating a web-based platform for wealthy investors to manage cryptoassets.
RIT Capital Partners, an investment fund founded by Jacob Rothschild, spearheaded a $ 8.8 million fundraising round for Hong Kong-based Aspen Digital, Reuters reported.

Other investors include Liberty City Ventures, one of the first venture capitalists in the blockchain industry, as well as the owners of Fortune magazine, members of Thailand’s richest family, Jiaravanon.
Aspen will target family foundations and asset managers in Europe, Asia and the Middle East who want a single portal to create and manage a diversified portfolio of crypto assets.
Aspen will provide consulting services, oversee compliance procedures and bear the transactional risks of the counterparty.
Aspen will focus on three areas: acquiring and holding crypto assets, investing in savings accounts backed by stablecoins, and offering automated strategies comparable to those of hedge funds.
