Telegram channel DeCenter
announced to its four million subscribers, which has “insider information” about the full list of regions where the authorities will ban mining: the Republic of Buryatia, the Trans-Baikal Territory and the Irkutsk Region. Irkutsk is “the largest mining region in Russia,” the telegram channel clarified.
