He managed to increase the BCLK frequency to 105.99 Hz while maintaining a multiplier of 45.5 and a voltage of 1.306 V. As a result, the processor worked at a frequency of 4.82 GHz with its maximum of 4.5 GHz.
Of course, given the conditions, overclocking the Ryzen 7 5800X3D is unlikely to interest ordinary users, but for overclockers, on the contrary, this is an additional challenge.
