The School of Italian Cuisine, courses with Urbani Tartufi are underway

It is a delightful collaboration that born between Urbani Truffles e The School of Italian Cuisine. The two companies have in fact decided to join in a year-long partnership of courses with scented notes of truffles that turn the spotlight on Urbani Tartufi products, absolute protagonists of the appointments.

To mark the beginning of the association two cooking classes in live streaming, a new format launched by the School to continue to offer extremely interactive and fun teaching even at a distance.

This will allow enthusiasts from all over Italy, and beyond, to try their hand at the preparation of different recipes guided step by step by the chefs of La Scuola de La Cucina Italiana.

Two dates to mark on the agenda: on February 16, 2021 and March 16, 2021. Live from the kitchens of the School from 18:00 to 19:30, participants will discover and be able to make the recipes designed to best enhance the characteristics of Urbani Tartufi products. To support users by clarifying any doubts, a moderator who will help them discover all the secrets for the best result.

It will then continue in the second half of the year with four thematic cooking courses in presence at the headquarters of La Scuola. All the recipes proposed during the events dedicated to Urbani Tartufi aim to enhance the characteristics of the Umbrian company’s products to show, with simplicity, how the truffle is really suitable for any type of preparation.

Protagonists in the kitchen of La Scuola will be produced such as the classic summer truffle carpaccio, for first or second tasteful dishes that also like to express a perfect aesthetic, and peanuts and almonds with truffles, gourmand dried fruit designed to make special the aperitif.
