The American singer Gracie Abrams announced, this Monday (29), “The Secret of Us” , her second studio album. The album will be released in June 21th. The first single from the project, titled “Risk” arrives next Wednesday (1).
“The Secret of Us” will be produced by Aaron Dessner member of the band The National who has worked with the singer Taylor Swift in albums “Folklore”, “Evermore”, “Midnights” and “The Tortured Poets Department”.
“The album I made with some of my favorite people is out on JUNE 21st and the first single, RISK, comes out on MAY 1st! We had a lot of fun writing this album. There were also occasional tears. Audrey and I wrote Risk on the couch at home. Aaron produced. Abby photographed the cover. The song is yours in basically five seconds and we can't wait. I love you,” wrote Gracie Abrams on social media.
Aaron Dessner was also responsible for producing the artist's first album, the “Good Ride”, released in 2023. Gaining prominence with her work, Gracie Abrams became one of the opening acts on Taylor Swift's “Eras Tour”, since 2023.
