While the pair were certainly in public, Athletics games have become more “family” affairs in recent seasons as attendance has dwindled. Oakland currently ranks last among the major leagues in attendance with fewer than 10,000 per game.

A similar inappropriate incident was recorded in Toronto

But this particular incident is not the only one that happened in a sports field, reports the Daily Mail. Similar obscene scenes were noted in Toronto during the match Toronto Blue Jays-Chicago Cubs on Monday night. The crowd was treated to more action than advertised as two fans were found enjoying their private moments high up in the stands.

The pair – who appeared to be on top of each other during a passionate sex act – were quickly whisked away from the stands during the match.

A video quickly went viral on social media, which shows the woman sitting firmly on top of the man. The pair were said to be in the 500 level of the Rogers Centre, as the game continued on the pitch below.

Law enforcement officials told TMZ that there is no information on the incident, concluding that the couple escaped with a mild amount of embarrassment and even a sense of relief.
