Brazilian Daniel Scaba, who has lived in Israel for 7 years, reported that the situation, at this time of escalating conflict, is “scary.”
He lives in Nahariya, which is ten kilometers from Lebanon: “It is a dangerous city, with military bases and now there is a fear of Hezbollah entering the conflict.”
According to Daniel, Thursday was the “worst day” since the war between Israel and Hamas began.
“I returned from work, the siren sounded and we ran desperately to the bunker, with orders to stay sheltered for 15 minutes,” he said, to CNN Radio .
After the period, he reported that two missiles fell in the city, one was intercepted and the other fell in an open field, with no casualties.
“Everyday life is very scary, we live in tension”, he lamented.
Only pharmacies, hospitals and some supermarkets are open in the city of Daniel.

“We have stocked up on food, we are already prepared”, he added.
Even so, he is not thinking about leaving Israel: “Not yet, I have my daughters here, my job, my family lives here.”
