Netflix released the first preview of the sixth and final season of Lucifer, the series where the lord and lord of the underworld runs a nightclub and works as an advisor to the Los Angeles police.
Everything seems to indicate that the new destiny of Lucifer Morningstar, which was revealed during the last chapters of the fifth season, will make the Lord of Darkness begin to show a change in his way of being, acting and even dressing.
After being forced for millennia to rule hell and then blamed for centuries for the sins of humanity, Lucifer Morningstar has decided to move to Los Angeles, on Earth, in 2011 to have a good time. There, his life improves, seeking justice for the innocent and falling in love with Chloe Decker. At the end of the fifth season, Lucifer replaced his father as the new God. Now, in this final season, we can see how his new destiny will affect him, his friends and his family.
With Chloe’s help, Lucifer will travel to Hell to enter an animated world and save who we could only assume is Dan. However, one of the bad news is that the apocalypse is coming and only Lucifer can prevent it.
Another interesting detail about this latest season is the glimpse of the fight between Chloe and Lucifer. Also, if Morningstar takes over as everyone’s new boss, then what will happen to their relationship? Who is the new girl who wants to destroy him?
In addition to Tom Ellis, Lauren German, and Kevin Alejandro, the final season of Lucifer will feature actors such as DB Woodside, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Rachael Harris, Aimee Garcia, Inbar Lavi, Brianna Hildebrand, and Scott Porter.
Ellis, Joe Henderson, Ildy Modrovich, Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman and Kristie Anne Reed will serve as executive producers. The final sixth season of Lucifer It will hit the Netflix catalog on September 10.
