A Chinese source has published new details about the flagship smartphones ZTE Axon 30. More precisely, about the top model Axon 30 Ultra. This time, the novelty is presented as the world’s thinnest smartphone on the Snapdragon 888 platform: the thickness of the device is only 8 mm. For comparison, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is 8.38 mm, while the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is 8.9 mm. One would think that the battery has become a victim of the model’s “weight loss”, but no: the Axon 30 line is assigned to batteries with a capacity of 4500 mAh.
At the same time, the Axon 30 Ultra should prove to be a fairly sturdy model – its metal frame is 1.7 mm thick. Finally, the flagship turned out to be moderately light: the weight is 188 grams. The company assures that it is quite easy for them to operate with one hand.
Recall that ZTE calls the novelty a smartphone with “the strongest camera of 2021” – it has three sensors with a resolution of 64 megapixels and another periscope sensor with a resolution of 8 megapixels. The smartphone has already demonstrated its impressive capabilities when shooting the moon, but the company must have prepared a lot of other surprises in terms of the main camera. In addition to Snapdragon 888, ZTE Axon 30 received LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 memory, stereo speakers and an embedded 44MP front camera.
