According to the announcement of the Ministry of Finance. “The government and the Ministry of Finance, in cooperation with the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE), responding to the needs of businesses in Northern Evia that have been negatively affected by the coronavirus pandemic crisis and their financial losses have been exacerbated by major fires. in the summer, they proceeded to modify the regime to support businesses in the Municipalities of Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Anna and Istiaia-Edipsos of Northern Evia “.

The decision 168528EX2021 / 31.12.2021 (BD 6374) amended the initial decision of the Ministries of Finance and Development & Investment which defines the procedure and conditions for granting the aid, expanding the beneficiaries and increasing the budget of the regime. to EUR 11.5 million.

Particularly:

* The criterion of decrease in turnover is modified and companies must show a decrease in turnover by 20% (from 30%) in the DG quarter of 2021, in relation to the reference turnover.

* It is foreseen that the VAT subject companies that have started operations after January 1, 2021, have their headquarters or branch in the Municipalities of Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Anna and Istiaia-Edipsos of the Regional Unit of Evia and have an active main KAD on July 1 20 one of the KADs belonging to the categories “Retail trade, except for the trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles” (KAD 47), “Accommodation” (KAD 55) or “Catering activities” (KAD 56), may be included in the scheme independently reduction of their turnover, receiving the minimum amount of aid, ie aid of EUR 1,000.
