The latest to announce the happy event was the star of Wonder Woman: it’s about Gal Gadot, who chose Instagram to shout to the world that she is expecting another child. She did it with a family photo, in the company of her daughters Maya (3 years old) and Alma (9 years old) and her husband Yaron Varsano who put a hand on her stomach, simply writing “Here we are again.”
An exception to the rule for Gal, known for keeping her life out of the spotlight, but a consolidated way for many stars to share the great joy with their followers because now there is no actress, singer, influencer of the caliber (with due exceptions that confirm the rule) who does not share the beginning of a pregnancy on Instagram (you can see them in the gallery above).
The record post remains the one with which Beyoncé – with a photo in which she appeared with the features of a goddess – announced the arrival of her twins: a post from seven and a half million likes in less than 24 hours (which in total has earned 11 million), in which the pop star has managed to convey all the strength, power and beauty of motherhood, also challenging the taboos on the pregnant body and on the freedom to be able to show it.
Since then it has been a crescendo, each star made the announcement in their own way: with tenderness, like Chiara Ferragni who announced Vittoria’s arrival with a photo of Leo holding the ultrasound in his hand, as elegantly as Gigi Hadid who showed herself for the first time with her baby bump in plain sight, publishing wonderful shots by the duo of photographers Luigi and Iango, but also with eccentricity, like Nicki Minaj.
