The relics of British meteorologist Dennis “Tink” Bell, who had disappeared in Antarctica in 1959, were found after more than six decades. Dennis Bell had disappeared at the age of 25 when he fell into an ice slit during his mission. His bones came to light only in January 2025, when a glacier, after melting, revealed the relics along with personal belongings, such as his watch, radio and pipe.
