A three -year -old baby boy, who had previously received harsh bullying as they called it “Mickey Mouse” because of the shape of his head, which was the result of treatment for a rare skin condition, now has an impressive recovery. The child, known as Qibao, was born in the province of Fujian, southern China, with several large, dark -colored spots that covered his skull. This condition, medically called Congenital Naevus, is mainly caused by abnormal over -development of cells that produce melanin on the skin and can affect not only the appearance of the child, but also his mental health and overall quality of life.
