This decision was taken in response to the violent conflicts that broke out between protesters and federal agents on the second day of protests related to the arrest of irregular migrants. Defense Minister Pitt Hegsheth stressed that the Pentagon is fully readiness to even move on a Marine Corps, “if violence continues” in the area.
