The ‘thank you’ of Al. Tsipras in Zaef and N. Kotzia

Present at the beginning of the SYRIZA conference and the speech of Alexis Tsipras, Zoran Zaef and Nikos Kotzias who heard Alexis Tsipras thank them for concluding the Prespa Agreement.

The former Minister of Foreign Affairs and “architect” of the Agreement, Nikos Kotzias, is attending the SYRIZA congress as the leader of the “Pratto” movement, despite the difficult divorce he had with SYRIZA and its president after the conclusion of the Agreement.

Taking the floor, Mr. Kotzias said, among other things, that Kyriakos Mitsotakis must be defeated, while he said that “there is an urgent progressive and Left front. We stated this in writing the day after Mitsotakis’ election, we were glad to hear these proposals today.” and called for “energy forums, forums for dialogue and action on the food crisis, forums against privatization, precision and unemployment, and finally forums for democracy.”

The former Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia, Zoran Zaef, is also participating as a Social Democrat in the SYRIZA congress, where he will speak tomorrow afternoon (17.30).
