The thinnest and lightest Xiaomi smartphone presented – the first in the world on the Snapdragon 780G

Xiaomi has just unveiled the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite smartphone, which is the world’s first device to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G SoC. This platform is manufactured using a 5nm manufacturing process and has an Adreno 642 GPU.

In terms of storage, the device comes with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 flash storage, which can be expanded by 512GB using a microSD card. The smartphone has a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with FullHD + resolution with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. For selfies, there is a 20MP front-facing camera in the hole.

The main camera houses a 64-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle model and a 5-megapixel macro camera. The battery capacity is 4250 mAh, the smartphone supports 33 W fast charging.

The company also stated that the Mi 11 Lite is the lightest and thinnest Mi phone ever, with dimensions of 60.53mm x 75.72mm x 6.81mm and weighing just 159 grams. Mi 11 Lite 5G supports Bluetooth 5.2 and WiFi 6E standards. In addition, the Mi 11 Lite 5G display supports HDR + and has Corning Gorilla Glass 6. Out of the box, the device will run MIUI 12 based on Android 10.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G version with 8/128 GB of memory costs $ 350, with the 8/256 GB version priced at $ 395.
