The rights of women and minorities around the world are undergoing a “backlash” and these groups become “scapegoats” the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights said today. The diversity programs are in the spotlight after Donald Trump’s return to the White House. In recent years, these US programs of “diversity, equality and inclusion” (Dei) are the goal of conservatives, with their criticism being intensified after the start of Donald Trump’s second term. He has described them illegally within the federal state and threatens to persecute the businesses that implement them.
