Rockstar has withdrawn from sale the PC version of the reissue of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition.
Earlier this week, the PC version of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition launched in the Rockstar Games Launcher, immediately causing users to experience serious issues that made it nearly impossible to play.
Rockstar later confirmed that Grand Theft Auto: Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was taken off the market on PC in order to “remove from the compilation files that were inadvertently included there.” Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition is available for purchase on PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo.
In the meantime, players have simply destroyed Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition in their reviews, and the average user score on Metacritic is 0.6 / 10.
Those who managed to play normally on consoles claim that only the most zealous fans should buy the collection, who fondly remember the “mission with the helicopter” and other episodes of the trilogy.
